The
Resort
Just
south of the Canadian border, you will find the Homestead Resort
on an inviting 18-hole golf course in Lynden, Washington. This
30 room resort offers guests a little piece of luxury in an
enchanting Dutch inspired community with many amenities the
whole family can enjoy. In addition to the golf course, the
Homestead Resort is home to an impressive fitness center that is
open 24 hours each day, indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub area, 3
restaurants, pro shop, and tennis courts. Visitors to this
charming resort will want to come back year after year.
At Homestead Resort you will
find fully furnished condominiums in a variety of sizes and
styles to meet your needs. Units available range in size from
studio to 2-bedroom and can accommodate up to six guests. Rooms
also feature either golf course or wetland views and include a
full kitchen with stove, refrigerator, microwave and coffee
maker as well. A large parking area is available for guests of
the resort in addition to a pedestrian sky bridge connecting
both residential buildings. Elevator access is provided to the 2nd
and 3rd floor rooms.

Prices below do include the 11.1% Washington State tax.
The limited availability no cancel rates are about 20% lower
under 60 days in advance.

The Homestead Resort is
located on an 18-hole golf course in a picturesque suburb of Lynden,
Washington. This charming, Dutch inspired community in the Nooksack
Valley is just 5 minutes south of the Canadian border and less than 2
hours North of Seattle and features traditional windmills, murals and
dairy farms in the surrounding areas. Throughout the year, enjoy fun,
family-friendly community events like the Raspberry Festival, Northwest
Washington Fair, or even visit “Sinterklaas” and his helpers at
Christmas. Visitors to the area will also enjoy hiking and biking
through the area, local casinos and so much more.
Traveling on I-5
• Take I-5 exit 256A
• Head north on Guide Meridian (HWY 539)
• Go 12 miles to HWY 546 (E. Badger Rd.)
• Turn right and go 1½ miles to Depot Rd.
• Turn right on Depot Rd. heading south
• Turn left on East Homestead Blvd.
• Turn left into the resort entrance.

Traveling South from Canada
• Take HWY 1 to 264th
• Go south on 264th across the border at the Aldergrove Crossing
• Go south to HWY 546 (E. Badger Rd.)
• At the 1st stop light, turn left heading east
• Go 1½ miles to Depot Rd.
• Turn right on Depot Rd. heading south
• Turn left on East Homestead Blvd.
• Turn left into the resort entrance.

regulations, this nightly tax rate is collected at check-in and is based

Lost and Found Policy: Vacation Internationale is not
responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen personal items. Each resort
keeps detailed records of all 'found' items, and will ship them back at
the owner's expense, based upon local mail/shipping restrictions. Any
items in the Lost & Found, which are not claimed within 90 days, will be
donated to a local charity or discarded.
